Now that we’re finally able to arrange day trips, go out for meals and even enjoy a staycation, I’ve loved seeing our Organised Chaos with Kids dough accompany you on your travels.

Not only does sensory dough give children lots of opportunity for open-ended play, it’s relatively mess-free and really simple to pack up and take with you.

But we’ve also thought of lots of ways to help you and your children enjoy playing with dough on long journeys, whilst sitting in a restaurant and even on the beach!

Firstly, dough may be fun on its own but add in cutters, rollers and small parts and you’re guaranteed to keep little hands busy. These can be the parts that are tricky to transport – but we stock a handy Travel Kit, which includes a multi-compartment box for storage, as well as a simple silicone play mat.

Want to protect the surfaces that you’re playing on but also add in even more activities? We have a whole variety of different play mats, from numbers to space, and fairy to beach-themed, all of which are wipe clean and prevent any damage from using cutters or stamps.

Short on space? Our adorable Mini Kits include a tin of scented dough along with a number of small parts to enjoy. Again, we have a number of different themes to choose from and each one is contained within a handy cotton drawstring bag.

We’ve recently added a range of gorgeous Yellow Door products to our range of dough accessories, but these work equally as well on the beach to make prints and patterns – and they easily wipe clean!

Staycations can be lovely – but you can never guarantee the weather. Why not pick up one of our Make Your Own Sensory Dough kits to pack as a rainy day activity? With our original primary coloured Make Your Own kit, Chocolate Sensory Dough and Ice Cream Sensory Dough kits all currently stock, they’re packaged to prevent any leaks and make a lovely activity for when you’re not able to explore.
