Space Play Kit
Our Space Play Kits stimulate imaginative, open-ended play in budding astronauts. As well as the sensory dough included, these kits work well with other sensory materials and toys such as our scented rice.
This set has been carefully designed to provide a wonderful sensory and educational experience. The marbles were carefully selected to represent each planet, the pebbles glow in the dark and the astronaut and alien peg dolls will inspire endless imaginary play as they explore their own galaxies.
The essential oils used to scent the play dough have been selected for their calming properties which are sure to have you and your little ones feeling spaced out and relaxed while they play.
- 300g tin Infinite Black sensory dough (lavender scented)
- 300g tin Lunar Grey sensory dough (chamomile scented)
- wooden spatula
- star shaped wooden block stamp (may vary)
- wooden rolling pin (texture may vary)
- 1 hand painted astronaut peg doll
- 1 hand painted alien peg doll
- 1 set of planet marbles (as shown, each one has been carefully selected to represent each planet)
- 10 star buttons
- 10 glass diamonds
- 5 black stones
- 5 glow in the dark pebbles
- 7 silver glass pebbles
Wooden tray not included.
Products are handmade to order and shipped within 3 weeks. Items under 2kg will be posted via Royal Mail second class delivery. Larger orders will be sent via courier service. If you need an item in a hurry, please get in touch before placing your order to avoid disappointment.

This kit isn’t suitable for children under 36 months.
Homemade sensory dough will last for 3-6 months if stored in a cool place in the airtight tin provided and handled regularly.
All parts of this kit are designed to be played with, not eaten. Although the sensory dough may look and smell yummy, it is not meant for consumption. The sensory dough is made with wheat flour, table salt, cream of tartar, vegetable oil, water, food colouring and essential oil. We can’t guarantee that there are not any traces of nuts or other allergens in our products.
We advise supervising children during their play.
The play doh smelt good enough to eat and I loved playing with the set as much as my toddler did!

I bought this as a rainy day activity for my 5 year old. It was a HUGE hit! She adored opening all the boxes, discovering what was in them and how she was going to use everything. The playdough itself is gorgeous smelling, smooth and not at all sticky. This should be a negative because the wee diva is never going to be content with my homemade efforts now! She played with this for a good hour and a half and was not impressed when I strong armed her into tidying it away, I needed the table for tea! She’s talked about it loads since and I’m anticipating this will get lots of love and be well worth every single penny.

As you’d expect, consciously packaged, thoughtful kit items and delicious play dough (as my son says )!
