Pirate Play Kit
Let's go searching for buried treasure...
Pirates capture the imagination of young children; sailing across oceans, finding deserted islands with white sanded beaches and of course, searching for hidden treasure! Now you can recreate the fun at home with our Pirate Play Kits.
Two large tins of super soft, homemade play dough will make the perfect base for creating your miniature deserted island scene. A pirate has hidden a bag of coins and gem stones somewhere within the box but will you be able to use your map and compass to find it?! This set will capture the hearts and imagination of young adventurers who will have endless fun playing and exploring the different components, textures and scents and making up their own sagas about life at sea.
Our play kits come beautifully presented in kraft gift boxes and all of our packaging is plastic free and can be reused or recycled.
- 300g tin Sandy Shores sensory dough (coconut scented)
- 300g tin Deep Blue sensory dough (rum and raisin scented)
- wooden spatula
- wooden rolling pin (texture may vary)
- 1 hand painted pirate peg doll from Our Kindi Folk
- 1 treasure map
- 1 glassine bag filled with 3 pirate doubloons, 3 gem stones and gold glitter (but you'll have to find it yourself!)
- 1 small brass compass
- 2 palm trees
- 10 small shells
- 5 natural stones
Wooden tray not included.
Products are handmade to order and shipped within 3 weeks. Items under 2kg will be posted via Royal Mail second class delivery. Larger orders will be sent via courier service. If you need an item in a hurry, please get in touch before placing your order to avoid disappointment.

This kit isn’t suitable for children under 36 months.
Homemade sensory dough will last for 3-6 months if stored in a cool place in the airtight tin provided and handled regularly.
All parts of this kit are designed to be played with, not eaten. Although the sensory dough may look and smell yummy, it is not meant for consumption. The sensory dough is made with wheat flour, table salt, cream of tartar, glycerine, coconut oil, water, food colouring and food extract. We can’t guarantee that there are not any traces of nuts or other allergens in our products.
We advise supervising children during their play.
The play doh smelt good enough to eat and I loved playing with the set as much as my toddler did!

This is the most beautiful play kit!! My son opened it & started creating a little turtle world straight away! The play dough smells wonderful and feels amazing, such a lovely product. All the little pieces in the kit are great too. And I love that all the packaging is plastic free. Will be buying more as gifts :)
